Forty years ago, I was a psychic junkie. I had found reincarnation as well as the mesmerizing power of psychics. Nonetheless, out of the blue, I was turned on to numerology. I was young and starting my career and marriage. I really loved locating my next psychic. One day, somebody said numerologist to me. I was a blank. I had little idea what that meant. But I meant to discover out.
I was working hard in Dallas. I was told this Numerology.Com Reviews 2018 was in Fort Worth and her name was Marie Norris. Sounded innocent enough. How do I book a numerology session with her? It was a little bit complicated. It seems Miss Norris wasn’t a big follower of the modern use of the phone. She did not even have a secretary or perhaps answering machine. In any event, I found out exactly where she lived and off I went.
Dallas isn’t as close to Fort Worth as lots of folks tell you. What about the early 1970s, it looked even more. But gas was twenty nine cents a gallon so who cared. We didn’t have the internet then so I’d no quick strategy to take a look at what numerology was. I was a small bit familiar with astrology, but now I know just how small.
Her house wasn’t too hard to find even for a Dallas girl. I walked approximately the door and also knocked expecting a nice old female to appear to graciously ask me in to a lovely house. She was in fact older and also a huge lover of cats by the amount I first saw. And possibly even a lover of mice because they dominated as well.
The very first thing I noticed when entering was being stressed by the ghastly smell. A nice southern female, I would never say something about it. But I started to realize I could not breathe very well in its presence. She simply asked me to sit down somewhere between the stacks of newspapers and slimy canned cat food. I didn’t know how long this will take, though I was not sure I would remain very long time with the stench.
She asked me the name of mine and also the birthday of mine. I gave it and off she went. She began countless calculations starting out at the upper part of the page to the bottom and then returned once again to the top with the second row. I’m not sure, however, she put a minimum of 6-7 rows of calculations then began on the rear of the web page. This went on for many pages.
She was intensely wrapped up in her calculations. And then she’d just completely stop as well as slump down in what I should only describe as a “nap.” Just as I began to get concerned, she would then suddenly sit up and also go on. This looked as an eternity. So, I discreetly excused myself as well as went outside to eagerly grab some fresh air.
I’d simply no idea that she was developing a numerology reading on me and even what that meant. I was simply wanting a deck of cards. although she was motivated to give me the expertise of her. And in fact she did. When she finished and asked me to come back in, she began telling me things I had not actually asked about. With complete authority, she told me that I will get an environmentally friendly automobile. I said, no, no. My car is red and somewhat new. She said, “The next time you arrive, you will have an eco-friendly car.”
Somehow, she informed the interest in me. After she finished revealing to me exactly where I would live, who I will be with as well as what best things happened to be for me, I started questioning her. It has been a while, though I remember she said she learned numerology at Stanford Faculty. I haven’t idea if that is true, but I then looked around all the piles of newspapers and discovered a map out on a dining room table.
I subsequently discovered that she was under contract with many different oil companies to inform them where you can drill for oil. Suddenly she became a lttle bit less unusual to me. I became fans of her. The next time I came, I realized I had a green car. Each time I came I found a little about her, but not about numerology. She wasn’t interested in teaching jaoxth numerology, what a numerology chart is or how life path numerology is of help. She went about the calculations of her then made her numerological predictions.
She told me that she’d constantly lived in Fort Worth. Her father was an officer in the Army stationed at Ft. Worth. Sometimes she would arrive at her home as well I did in a gorgeous Cadillac. She explained that the driver had “rented” her for a gathering. She create an office for the party-goers to drop in and secure their numerological readings.
I started to realize that Marie Norris was an icon inside the Fort Worth community. She advised everyone, from the very very rich on the not rich. She’d simply won them over doing what she did better than others without tooting the own horn of her.
About 10 years later on after a much way too long abstinence, I was editing a film with my buddy George Kline. The production company of his had made the movie in Dallas. While we had been chatting, he reminded me that he was originally from Fort Worth. I became all bubbly and asked if he knew Marie Norris. Just as bubbly, his eyes lighted up and he said, “Of course!” I said, hey we need to go see her.
He agreed and called the assistant of his to organize a booking. His assistant called again and alerted us that Miss Norris was no more living. We were devastated. Who’d we check out for numerological readings.
Marie Norris never trained me in numerology, never created my numerology report or even chart. But she gave me an appreciation of numerology that I still have forty years in the future. I have the internet today to learn more and more numerology, numerology readings and numerological predictions. So, that is what I’m going to do to honor the dear Miss Norris. It’s time.
